Your Digital Marketing Is About To Get A Serious Lift

OUR PROCESS

About SearchUp

Hello, we’re SearchUp. We are a boutique Digital Marketing Agency based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. We offer services that make websites convert better and increase the visibility of businesses online.

We don’t like to limit our services offering. Why? Each project is different and we believe one size doesn’t fit all. Our Mum’s always told us ‘it doesn’t do to crow’ but as you can see we’re rather good at things like SEO, Local SEOPPC, Digital PR, website copywriting and digital strategy.

We work with all companies of all shapes and sizes from Insurance Brokers to Tech Start-Ups and eCommerce companies. The key criteria for whom we work for is simple — can we add value to the client (this is normally a positive ROI)? Secondly, will the client add value to our business (are we the right fit)?

The world of marketing has changed beyond all recognition in the last decade and keeps changing all the time. A client project now is often very modular, requiring different skill-sets; this is why we work well with others. We work with clients directly, creative agencies and web developers. We have even worked with other digital agencies — there’s plenty of work to go around, and fundamentally, we like working with nice people.

Our Process

  • Initial Meeting

    Step 1

Here we like to find out about you, your business, your challenges, your priorities, where you are now and where you want to be, short medium and long-term. You will hear us ask ‘why’ a lot at this point…

  • Analytics

    Step 2

Now we crunch the numbers. We often sign an NDA with a customer so we can access your analytics. It’s at this point we can assess the level of impact we can make and whether the numbers stack-up. This can take a few of days; we don’t like just sticking fingers in the air…

  • Strategy Session

    Step 3

We’ll present to you the shape we think your project should take. This is based on our strategic insight, empirical research, your competitors as well as the specific operational make-up of your business. We told you one size doesn’t fit all…

  • Statement of Work

    Step 4

The money bit. We will have only reached this point because we are sure we can make a positive impact on your bottom line so this should come of no surprise…

  • Execute

    Step 5

The fun bit – off we go. We’ll provide transparent progress reports with no jargon. We’re always at the end of the phone too if you would like to talk to us…

Testimonials

As a marketing manager I found working with SearchUp to be fantastic. We’ve used other agencies in the past and while they were generally OK with on-site optimisation, they struggled when it came to gaining links. SearchUp didn’t. They executed a content marketing strategy and were able to land us links from authority sites such as the Guardian, the BBC and Huffington Post.

We’re very happy and will continue working with them long-term. Steven Matthews

Marketing Manager, 888poker

Within 3 months we were ranked on the first page of Google for all of our major national keywords. I’m confident that SearchUp will also be able to get the same results for anyone else. John Armstrong

· Deliver what they promised

They have increased our presence immensely. Justin Ward

The importance of onsite for your UX

We work with a number of eCommerce companies and, whilst their products are different, they share a key commonality — the goods they sell are physical and they have a relatively high value. This poses a number of nuances when it comes to how a user behaves on a...
