With just a trickle of low quality leads, FlexiPlumb Limited in Newbury were struggling to make paid search work for them.

The client was spending a lot of money on Google Ads, and Google Local Services, but they were only getting a few leads per monht, and each lead was costing them around £50 on average.

Searchup were contacted by the client in September 2025, and were asked for a propoal on increasing the number of leads for the client plumbing and heating services. Searchup immediately identified potential and put a proposal together, which Searchup implemented.

Searchup set to work immediately on the client's Google Ads and Google Local Services Accounts.

Work was undertaken to campaigns structure, keywords, ads, audiences and more. Time was also invested in enhancing conversion tracking, and doing spot-checks on ads to ensure that ad copy was relevent to the search query entered in to Google.
