Search Up's Directors are Chris, Craig and Terry. Terry and Craig met each other in 2015 and have worked together since. Craig has been ‘doing’ SEO since 2006. Trained in I.T, Craig left the corporate world quite young because he realised ranking websites for people was more fun than fixing Windows 2010. Craig is the SEO at SearchUp and has built a reputation around practices that get results.

Terry is an experienced digital marketer who has worked in the digital industry for twenty years. He has worked client-side as a marketeer, agency side, on clients like Vodafone, The Daily Mail, Bacardi as well as the publisher, Archant, where he set up and scaled a departmental digital start-up. At SearchUp Terry is responsible for marketing strategy, content creation and account management.


Chris is the only member of the team with an IMDB credit, having played himself in Pulp: A Film About Life, Death & Supermarkets. When he's not filming for the big screen, Chris is our paid media extraordinaire, designing and executing paid marketing strategies that help grow clients' businesses. He will make the very most from your budget. With a wealth of paid media experience spanning Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify and more, he ensures brands reach their prospective customers. Past roles includes stints at Manchester Airports Group and Dentsu Aegis Group. Chris' other interests include the Peak District, his cockapoo Bonnie, distance running, beer and wine.
